In the Summer of 2006 Python was approached by the chair of the local Eston Residents Association to look at proposals for regenerating its town's square.

The concept shown below has been produced to put a living heart back into Eston and envisages "completing the square" with parkland area, traditional high quality buildings, a large supermarket and plenty of free parking.

In our opinion, based on experience, adding a substantive high quality and people friendly development always assist the regeneration of the surroundings areas.
