CARGO FLEET JUNIORS KITTED OUT THANKS TO PYTHON PROPERTIES

Footballers from Cargo Fleet Juniors have a new football kit thanks to a generous donation by commercial property firm Python Properties.

The under 10s team are sporting a new pink and black strip after obtaining sponsorship from Python Properties, which made the donation as part of its plan to help regenerate the Cargo Fleet area of Middlesbrough.

Python Properties was approached by Liz Chambers, whose nephew plays for the football team, after she noticed the company was restoring the Cargo Fleet Iron Company property on Middlesbrough Road.

After hearing how the footballers were currently wearing hand me down kits, Python Properties’ partners Martin Johnson and Peter Broome commissioned the new kits, which are branded with the Cargo Fleet Iron Company and the firm’s logos.

Club secretary Shaun Quirk, said: “It is great to see the kids looking so smart in their new kits, they are chuffed to bits. It is nice for the players to have pride in their appearance as they were wearing hand me down kits.”

“We may not be at the top of the league but we make sure every player gets a game at the club and has fun.”

Cargo Fleet Juniors was formed originally in 2001 with two teams and has continually added new squads to the club throughout the years.

Good quality accommodation at affordable prices. Python are leading this charge at the centre of town. Martin & Peter really do represent the best ends of the Landlords that are available in the Tees Valley they really have the Tees Valley and its interests at heart. I think they are real future thinkers about the way they think about developing a certain property in the town
