Sea Cadets
View the video of the transformation of the East Lodge, Albert Park, to become the new permanent headquarters of the Middlesbrough Sea Cadets. All work was carried out on a free or cost-only basis by Python’s regeneration team of local companies.
The headquarters now boasts a lakeside position with drill area and its own jetty. There is a large "main deck" inside the building, classrooms and full disabled access with kitchen facilities. The property was modernised whilst remaining within conservation guidelines using local materials and labour and features full double glazing, central heating and electronic security.

We were looking around for buildings we could lease and this is was one of the central offices which has been refitted. We could choose the interior layout that we wanted and any optional extras and we decided that Bank Quay House was the building that exactly suited our needs.
