The Heritage Gallery at Cargo Fleet launches the “TEES HERITAGE” exhibition at the Private View on Friday 24 October 2014, 5.30 – 8.00pm, coinciding with the Discover Middlesbrough Late Night events.
This exhibition created by the Darlington Association of Photographers, looks at many aspects of our inheritance, from the giant chemical works and steel complexes on Teesside, to the simple dales mining in Teesdale. The observer is taken on a journey of discovery from the source of the River Tees at Crossfell to the estuary at Redcar and Hartlepool, giving a flavour of the area that is worthy of further exploration.
