Artists from Falcon Mill PV
The Gallery At St. George’s House would like to invite you to the opening of a new exhibition featuring the work of eight exceptional artists from the Falcon Mill Artists Studios (FaMAS).
This not to be missed group exhibition, opening Thursday 2nd April, showcases a variety of artistic practices including printmaking, textiles, painting and sculpture. The eight artists exhibiting their new work are: Sumera Asghar, Daniel Dawson, James Hynd, Jasmine Lancaster, Nigel Leighton, Pete Marsh, Tania Mbila and Rob Miller.
All artists create work in their studios at Falcon Mill, the Grade II listed former cotton mill, just off Halliwell Road, Bolton. Set up by Pete Marsh, the Falcon Mill Artists Studios officially launched in March 2014 and boasts a variety of spaces to cater for a range of artistic disciplines. As well as two annual Open Studio events, the mill also has an exhibition area for artists to display and discuss their work.
We hope you can join us between 5-7pm on Thursday 2nd April for light refreshments as we open this new exhibition in Bolton.
