Boho Zero phase one exterior development complete
Boho Zero formally known as Royal Middlehaven House, based in Middlesbrough, has undergone major exterior development as the start of its multiphase renovation.
The commercial office space is undergoing an extensive exterior and interior upgrade. The first phase development has seen the building transform into a modern business hub suited to the newly developed area.
Phase two commencing mid-November will see the start of the renovation of the café and reception area, designed by local firm Cocoon and Bauer.
Boho Zero owners Martin Johnson and Peter Broome of Python Properties, wanted to bring the commercial office space in-line with the newly developed area.
Python Properties Partner, Martin Johnson said: “We knew we wanted to bring the building back to life and provide up to date facilities for future tenants. The business community is thriving and good office space is essential to support the continued growth of the local economy.”
Python Properties Partner, Peter Broome said: “We are delighted with the exterior work carried out so far and we are looking forward to seeing the result of the full renovation.”
