Broken Down is a solo show by Teesside based artist Dianne Bowell. The exhibition features an intriguing display of figurative and abstract work created especially for this show.
Blurring the boundaries of the personal and emotional through images drawn from the self and with other source material taken from various media, the work has an intimate feel that hovers through and under the hazy application of oil paint and varnish; revealing and hidden at the same time.
Refreshments will be provided from 6pm, so please come along and help us celebrate the launch of another exciting exhibition at pythongallery.
