Python Gallery Supports the Creative Futures of Students

Award-winning Python Gallery in Middlesbrough is supporting the creative futures of students from Teesside University and Cleveland College of Art and Design by hosting two special exhibitions.

The gallery, which is based within Royal Middlehaven House on Gosford Street, is showcasing creative pieces by Fine Art students from two degree courses.

A show titled VII, which features the work of students from Hartlepool-based Cleveland College of Art and Design, is currently on display within the main gallery, while creations by Teesside University students are being showcased within the first-floor exhibition space.

Both shows illustrate the wealth of developing creative talent in the area whilst also demonstrating the strength and positivity of the artistic climate of the region.  The exhibitions feature a wide variety of approaches, styles, methodologies, materials and visual enquiry.

When Python acquired the property we met with the two Partners which is unusual but very refreshing and they talked to us about what they can do for us. They have refurbished the common parts of the building to a good professional standard, we have a lease that suits us as it is competitive, flexible and the level of Service Charge is good. They even arranged our permit parking
