Python Properties Begins £100,000 Investment & Enhancement Project of Middlesbrough Buildings
Added: 23/02/2017

Commercial property specialist Python Properties has announced it has started a major £100,000 enhancement campaign to revitalise four of its landmark buildings in Middlesbrough.

The Middlesbrough-based firm is refurbishing the commercial properties, focusing on the existing communal areas, and installing new facilities, services and business zones.

Break-out spaces, additional conference and meeting rooms and fitness rooms will be installed in the properties, which already include art galleries, bistros and manned receptions.

The landmark buildings included in the project, which is anticipated to be completed within Spring 2017, are Cargo Fleet Offices, The Co-operative Building, Victoria House and Royal Middlehaven House.

In addition to strengthening the commercial premises, Python Properties is also installing a new virtual office facility, for businesses wishing to benefit from designated mailing and telephone services linked to a well-respected business premise.

Python Properties partner, Peter Broome, said: “We are delighted to announce that our £100,000 enhancement project is underway in Middlesbrough. We believe it is of paramount importance to invest in the future of the buildings and ensure our tenants have state-of-the-art environments and facilities to help them achieve their own business objectives.”

Python is of course a locally based company in central Middlesbrough and manages all its own properties. It can therefore offer its clients the best possible management service in relation to its commercial buildings

The firm, which also has commercial properties in Yorkshire and Greater Manchester, has invested more than £25 million pounds in commercial and residential estate in the North throughout its 20 year history.

Bespoke office suites, of varying sizes, are available within the four commercial properties for highly competitive and flexible lease terms.  Virtual offices, with telephone and mailing services, are also available.

Python were pretty instrumental helping us make that transition getting into the building. We met with Martin & Peter and spoke to them in details as to what we would expect; they were very welcoming and accommodating in that regard. They were flexible about the Lease and they made it quite clear that they were there to help and support our business
