Regeneration specialist and commercial property firm Python Properties has stepped-up its support of small medium enterprises in Teesside by launching a tailored office package.


Middlesbrough-based Python Properties has launched an affordable all-inclusive package especially for small businesses to help them grow by having a permanent and professional work space.


The firm has created the deal after assessing the challenges small businesses face to establish themselves and the drawbacks of working from substandard accommodation or sometimes the home environment. 


As part of the agreement companies will have the choice of office space in any three of the multi-awarding firm’s buildings – Cargo Fleet Offices, The Co-operative Building and Royal Middlehaven House – from only £60 per week fully inclusive.

The package includes the cost of utilities, parking and use of a manned reception as well as conference facilities. There are also bistros and state-of-the-art art galleries in both Cargo Fleet Offices and Royal Middlehaven House.


Office space is available from 300 sq ft, which is enough room for approximately three members of staff, and bespoke suites can be created.


Flexible lease terms, including break clauses and rent free periods, are available and rents for the properties are highly competitive at £8.50 sq ft, with a service charge of circa £2.75 sq ft.
