VIA CREATIVE CELEBRATES 10 YEARS WITH RELOCATION TO CARGO FLEET OFFICES

Teesside design agency VIA Creative has officially announced its move to the prestigious Cargo Fleet Offices based on Middlesbrough Road, Middlesbrough.  The move marks the agency’s 10 year anniversary and will enable them to expand and grow.

With the agency celebrating 10 years of trading in the region its plans included relocating to a more central Teesside location that serves its current and ever growing client base in the North East.

Dave Ramrekha, the agency's creative director, explains the reasons for the move and plans for the future: “Moving to Cargo Fleet Offices marks a very exciting time for the agency and is a perfect way to mark a decade of producing creative design, branding and websites for Teesside based businesses.

“We were looking for a location that reflected our long standing presence in the community.  Finding the Cargo Fleet Offices was a perfect fit, the new location is a fantastic period building where the owners have redeveloped it to a really impressive standard.

“Being based at Cargo Fleet Offices enables us to work closer and more efficiently with our partners and clients across the region – listening, consulting, collaborating and implementing ideas throughout the design process.”

“At VIA Creative we are not just hired hands but a creative extension to our clients' own team.  The last 10 years have seen us delivering graphic design, branding, web based solutions and everything in between!

“We welcome any company in Middlesbrough and throughout the region wanting to improve their brand and maximise potential through the use of effective and well thought out design and web based media.  The team is always happy to chat over coffee so why not pop in and check out the new studio!”

Via Creative is the final tenant to move into the ground floor of Cargo Fleet Offices, which was reopened in 2011 following a major £1.5m regeneration project by property developer Python Properties.

Python Properties partner Martin Johnson, said: “We are delighted to welcome Via Creative to Cargo Fleet Offices and honoured they have chosen the iconic building as the business’ new home.  The move is very significant for the design agency as it will enable them to continue to grow and build on its already fantastic reputation within Teesside.

“The agency’s move is also a major milestone for Cargo Fleet Offices and Python Properties as the ground floor, of the three storey building, is now fully occupied.  The restored building, which has so much history in Teesside, now occupies 11 tenants and continues to attract potential new occupants due to the caliber of businesses based there.”

One of the points that were of main interest to us was the fact that we could plan the workspace and Martin & Peter really helped us through the process of planning the office. Since moving in we have been very impressed with their responsive and very proactive of working with us, if we have had any problems they have dealt with them straight away. They have monthly meetings where we meet up with all of the other tenants in the building and we talk through the issues we may have
